Coaching

Coaching is NOT therapy. You don’t need to know how to start. My role is to guide you through the process. I use reflective inquiry to help my clients gain clarity, and create small steps to make life easier. I listen for your strengths, co-create action steps with you and assist you in developing compassionate self-understanding. I believe the more we learn about ourselves the easier it is to design a life that works for us. Each person has gifts to share with the world.

Ali Grimshaw, M.S., is passionate about empowering others, facilitating inquiry and building supportive communities that celebrate growth. Many have experienced her writing circles to provide a rejuvenating of their inner artist, a strengthening of trust in their own voice and/or a presence of gratitude for the small joys in life. She coaches tweens, teens and adults using strength based strategies, compassionate listening and by co-creating plans that serve the client in growing. Ali has over 20 years of educational experience K-8, including; classroom teacher and Literacy Coach.
