Inquiry based women’s workshops offering authentic connection in small supportive groups
Life as an experiment
What if you designed your goals so that, no matter what, you came out a winner? What if you used your results to learn instead of beat yourself up? Explore your relationship to personal growth in a space of compassion and empowerment.
3 Part series, Saturdays, January 11, 25 and February 8 from 2:30 – 4:30 pm.
Embracing Your Emotions
How would your life be different if you were willing to feel all of your emotions? What kinds of barriers do you have to keep this from being your truth? Join in as we get curious about our emotions and learn from each other in a facilitated group inquiry.
Wednesday, January 15 from 3:30 – 5:30 pm
Rewriting your story
How we remember our past story creates the foundation of our future experience. Our story gives us the lens from which we view the present. Positive thinking or trying to forget does nothing to change your current story. In this workshop you will write and reflect on a past event, then be supported in rewriting through a different lens.
Monday, January 27 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Parenting inquiry group for parents of teens
Parenting can be overwhelming. Join in this compassionate space for parents to reflect and celebrate. Together we will clarify what matters to you as a parent, making it easier to choose what to leave off of your plate, bringing more joy and satisfaction to parenting and family time.
Wednesday, January 22 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm (Other days and times may be available)
Cost $25.00 per person. Limit 6 people per gathering.
